There is a process described through paint that produces a different character than the medium of photography.
A well-executed portrait is expected to show the inner essence of the subject (from the artist's point of view) or a flattering representation, not just a literal likeness.

What is required to book you for a portrait?
A 50% deposit is required to start your portrait.
The remaining 50% will be required before the portrait is shipped.

Conrad Haberland has painted portraits for David Lyle CEO of National Geographic Channel, actress Christine Elise, design luminary Thomas Lavin and many more including authors, musicians and artists.
Conrad has exhibited throughout Los Angeles including The Los Angeles County Museum of Art. He was twice chosen for the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery Biennial. His work has appeared in books and publications.
